At Frame Hotel, your arrival is designed to be effortless and fully contact-free. All guests must complete a virtual registration prior to arrival. It takes just a few minutes to complete from your phone. If you book directly through our website, you’ll receive a text message prompting you to complete virtual registration. Securely submit a photo of a valid government-issued ID, along with a selfie to confirm identity, as well as credit card information for incidentals. If you book through a travel agent or other website, please contact the hotel directly via text or call 512.737.1010 or via email at stay@framehotel.com. We recommend completing this process promptly to ensure a seamless arrival and check-in.
If virtual registration is not completed at least 48 hours before your arrival date, a reminder message will be sent. Please note that if your verification is not completed, we will be unable to release your personal door code, and you will be unable to access the building. On the day of arrival, if you’ve completed the verification process, you’ll receive a text with property location, room/suite assignment, and door code prior to 4 pm. Entering your personal 4 digit code, followed by the check mark will allow you entry to the main door, as well as your guest room. Since there is no front desk, you can proceed directly to your room and use your code to enter.
