To ensure a seamless arrival, guests are required to complete secure virtual registration by submitting a valid ID, a selfie, a credit card, and acknowledge hotel policies. This must be completed prior to arrival as we do not have a front desk; access to the property is not possible without it.
Check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 11 AM.
Tranquility Policy
Frame Hotels are serene, adult-only retreats designed for guests aged 18 and older. Guests who arrive with or invite underage individuals will be asked to leave the property without a refund.
We do not allow pets on the property to maintain our tranquil environment. If a pet is brought onto the premises, guests will be asked to leave without a refund. A minimum $400 cleaning fee will be charged, plus any cost for damages.
To protect the tranquility of the Frame Hotel experience, quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 9 AM. Excessive noise may result in dismissal from the property without refund.
Smoking Policy
Smoking, vaping, and burning candles/incense are prohibited.
Evidence of any of the above will incur a$400 cleaningfee, plus any cost for damages.
