"I love the layout and the design of this hotel. The big trees and comfy outdoor furniture made hanging out in the courtyard so enjoyable. The rooms are also spacious and well designed and decorated. I was very impressed with the bathrooms too! The light blue tile in the shower was gorgeous and the soaps were very good quality. The books on design and architecture are a nice touch for design nerds like myself. I will definitely be coming back and trying other properties by frame hotels."

"A beautiful and tranquil hotel. Very private rooms, with specialty amenities, luxurious bedding and great artwork. The garden was a wonderful surprise with comfy couches. I sat there listening to the grasses moving in the breeze, very relaxing. Very close to all the action on South Congress yet private enough to feel separated. Definitely staying there next trip."

"It is difficult to convey in words how uniquely perfect a stay at the Treehouse is. The location is just a minute’s walk away from Austin’s charming South Congress Avenue. While SoCo offers countless restaurants, shops, and sights, it all melts away when you ascend the steps into what truly feels like a treehouse for adults. The property is designed around a beautiful Live Oak tree, providing a natural canopy for the courtyard, which is located adjacent to the expertly designed common room. From the cloud-like mattress to the relaxing shower, it is clear that no detail was overlooked in the design of this serene oasis."

"I loved my stay at The Frame Treehouse Hotel in Austin, TX. This is really such a unique and special property — with only 7 rooms (2 are suites) it is a charming boutique hotel. The room (King Guest room) I stayed in was well appointed, there was a very nice separate indoor gathering area for guests with a kitchen set up and JURA coffee maker, with abundant seating. The outdoor area was all decked, with a water feature at one end, nice furniture and surrounded one of the most amazing and beautiful trees — huge branches extending 30+ feet across the deck and over the hotel roof. I spent several hours on this central deck area enjoying the surroundings, reading and enjoying a latte. Will definitely return. Loved it!"

"The Frame is a beautiful and peaceful boutique hotel that offered a blend of modern elegance and cozy charm. It was walking distance to wonderful restaurants and great coffee shops. From the stylish decor to the serene atmosphere, every detail appears to have been thoughtfully curated to create a relaxing experience. The rooms were immaculate and tastefully furnished. Unwinding on their beautifully landscaped courtyard was my favorite part of the stay. From start to finish it was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be making the Frame Hotel the only place I stay at when I’m in town."

"This location is truly unreal!! You are steps away from all the action of South Congress, yet you have our own oasis that is private and quiet. I loved the sustainable touches of the room, as well as thoughtful amenities like bedside chocolates, sparkling water, and sustainable toiletries. This was one of the best hotel beds I ever slept in, plus the sound machine was a nice touch. I will definitely be back and recommend this spot to friends and family!"

"We had a great experience at The Frame. The staff responded immediately to our questions. Our unit was extremely clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. Linens and towels high quality. We enjoyed the private lanai. Perfect location to enjoy the music and restaurants along South Congress. We took advantage of the discounted parking in the garage next door and walked everywhere we wanted to go."

"I loved the peacefulness of this hotel and the location. While at the hotel you felt like you were in tranquil, out of the way place but you were actually a short distance from a great cup of coffee, ice cream, shopping and food. Loved everything about this hotel."

"Initially, I was hesitant to book this property because it lacked a front desk. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the contactless and seamless experience. I highly recommend this property. The spacious pods were surprisingly comfortable, surpassing the comfort of a hotel room. The cleaning staff was exceptional; I had forgotten to put away my watches and jewelry on the counter, but nothing was touched during the cleaning. It was important to me that the matter was super comfortable, and overall, I would rate this property a 10/10 for the price. I would definitely book here again when I visit Austin."

We arrived on Friday afternoon and easily checked in to our unit. We were pleasantly surprised to find our room to be so private and peaceful given it's proximity to everything on South Congress."

"Fantastic location and beautiful hotel. The team were all super helpful and nice. They helped us check-in early, figure out the kitchen, and gave us recommendations for places to visit / eat. I was a bit worried we had a room facing the street, because there was a bar with a loud band a few doors down, but they stopped the music promptly at 11pm and we slept great! There's also a noise machine in the room. The courtyard is really peaceful with a waterfall, hammock, and chairs."

"Hard to describe place. Not a hotel, not Airbnb. It’s a gorgeous modern place with 7 rooms. The inner patio seems to be on top of a tree. The common area has a beautiful living room, a fridge with wine, beer, and sodas. An excellent espresso machine. The rooms are spacious with excellent linens, mattress, and pillow. Definitely coming back. There is no lobby, you get a code that allows you access to the hotel and room. There is parking under the hotel."

"Virtual checkin was flawless. Vibe of hotel is so chill and zen. Exactly what I needed. I could hear noise from loud cars on the street but was able to block out with the supplied ear plugs and sound machine. Room and amenities were excellent. I needed a late check out and it was easily granted via a quick text. Would definitely stay here again!"

"First and foremost, Frame Hotel SoCo will be going forward the spot where I’ll stay when I visit Austin. There is absolutely no need to stay in a Marriott or Hilton hotel if there is availability here. Not only was the environment of the hotel just *chefs kiss* the individual “pods” make this such a personal experience. It’s so easy to book, get a code, get your assigned parking, and just walk into the facility to your pod/room. Each room has a modern, luxurious feel that I literally spent 30 minutes after arrival just enjoying what it had to offer. The bed was comfortable. The sheets were nice. They provide so many charging stations per room. It’s well lit. The AC system is quiet yet made the space comfortable. The bathrooms were immaculate. They provide you with all organic products. The staff are VERY responsive via text. One of the best features is that it’s squarely in South Congress in a great spot for food and shopping with the Lady Bird Lake trails only a 10 min walk if that. I can go on about it, but it’s 10/10 experience."
