Frame Hotel rooms/suites are equipped with streaming-enabled televisions, allowing guests to log into their personal accounts for services like Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime. For added convenience and security, the televisions operate on Roku TV’s Guest Mode, which allows guests to sign in and enjoy personalized streaming during their stay while automatically signing them out upon check-out. If guests do not wish to sign in, they can still enjoy free content available via the Roku platform.

At Frame Hotel, housekeeping is available by request to support our commitment to sustainability and water conservation. Our team is onsite daily until 3PM. If you'd like your room/suite refreshed, simply text Guest Services and we will schedule your service.

We do not allow smoking or vaping in the rooms or on the hotel grounds. Evidence of smoking or vaping including the smell of smoke in the room or in the public and private outdoor areas will result in a minimum $400 charge plus the cost of any damaged property. We also do not allow the burning of candles or incense.

Frame Hotel does not have an on-site restaurant, but our staff is happy to recommend one of the many dining options in the nearby South Congress district. From local favorites to upscale dining, we’ll help you find the perfect spot. Delivery options include DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Favor.

Please meet your deliveries at the main entry door. Since your personal door code provides access to the property as well as your guest room, we request that you do not share your code with delivery services to protect you and our other guests.

While Frame Hotel does not have a pool on-site, guests are encouraged to take advantage of the nearby outdoor activities in Austin, including swimming spots like Barton Springs Pool or kayaking at Lady Bird Lake, which are only a short drive away.

Walking up the stairs and into the hotel gives one the sense of entering a modern treehouse for grownups. Tucked under a canopy of heritage Texas live oaks, our intimate courtyard is covered in a multi-level deck full of comfortable seating in private, conversation-friendly groups. One of the favorite spots of the hotel, especially with our 25 foot all glass water feature, the courtyard offers guests a secluded haven where the stress of the day will melt away.

The Common Room is centrally located on the upper level of the property – open and inviting with sliding glass, floor to ceiling doors that create a seamless feel with the outdoors. You will discover complimentary beverages available to you throughout your stay, including a variety of coffee drinks brewed in our Jura Super Automatic coffee machine, organic teas, still and sparkling water on tap, as well as soft drinks, local beers, and crisp white wines.
